NEW EXTENDED POLICY;  Future comment is not limited to just JUDGES. ANY LEGAL ISSUE in the UK is valid content.  This could be any LEGAL ISSUE.  It could be a problem with a neighbour, over a fence, or a problem with a LAWYER, or CITY OFFICIAL.  If you have any legal issue, just start a new THREAD.  I believe the INTERNET is the way to resolve legal issues, rather than the courts.  The INTERNET  is very powerful; for little people to fight back against the 'powerful'.  It will empower you.  
 
You are welcome to vent any legal issue here.  You may even wish to build your own FREE simple website, and link to it from this FORUM. There really is no catch.  It is totally free.  [Hard to believe on the internet.] It is limited to 50MB but it will take a lot of writing by you to fill that.  There are no pop-up ads. It is all you need while you are learning.

These SEVEN RatingJudges websites, initialy, will permit people in ALL PARTS of the world to rate any judge they wish.   ALL judges will be included, from Judges of the highest courts in the each respective Country [or Federation as in the European Union], to the least significant Administrative Tribunal.  "Judges" will include not only judges but also magistrates, and decision makers for Administrative and Disciplinary Tribunals  This will be implemented by a number of different websites; SEVEN initially.   There will be some for individual countries such as http://RateUSJudges.com  http://RateUKJudges.com  http://RateNZJudges.com  http://RateAustralianJudges.com  http://RateCanadianJudges.com  http://RateIndianJudges.com  as well as the Universal http://RateAllJudges.com  website where each additional country will have its own Sub-domain website.  This means that any judge, anywhere in the world, can be rated for their good or evil.

Rather than withhold these sites while we develop the software,  we shall release each domain  with limited functionality.  This limited functionality will consist of a FORUM for each domain  which will be incorporated into our full site as just one of the Forums, when our full site is operational.  This forum will permit users initially, to post messsages to a different forum on each site [for each country or federation], complimenting or criticizing a particular judge, named by them.  In the subsequent fully functional version, users will need to Register as members of the website to post comments or rate a judge, but this will not be necessary initially.

As to the content that you place in the blog, I wish to make the suggestion that you moderate your language.  Any judge who has an adverse mention on our site will not be pleased and that may excite others to also comment upon that judge.  Now you may note my comments about one particular Jeffrey Ernest John Spender of the Federal Court of Australia.  I have not reserved my language there.  That is because this is my website, and I KNOW HE IS CRIMINAL.   I have borne the brunt of his criminal acts.   Those comments have been published for a long time but he has taken no action.   That is because that is the TRUTH.   I have had the personal experience.  There is a benefit to me if he decided to sue me.   I will have his criminal conduct aired in public and there will be, besides Spender, other people who will dislike what transpires in public.  Some of those other people are in senior positions.  It would open a veritable hornets' nest.  I KNOW THAT.   This was much of the motivation for my starting my websites.   Now, if your have a similar certainty that a particular judge [or other person] is guilty of criminal conduct and who would not want it aired in public or has associates who would not want it aired in Public, then IN ALL SERIOUSNESS, CONSIDER  STARTING YOUR OWN WEBSITE.   IT CAN BE VERY REWARDING AND SATISFYING. Jeffrey Ernest John Spender This will be the home page of the JACWWN.  People in each country who are fighting corruption in their courts, will be able to support and gain support from, all people and groups in other countries who have a similar fight.  Where corruption may be able to squash an anti corruption person or group in one jurisdiction, if the support extends internationally,  it should be far more difficult to defeat any anti-corruption person or group.

My lawyer friend Doug Schafer of Tarcoma, Washington State has exposed a corrupt judge in Washington.  That judge was removed from the bench as a direct result, but then the Washington State Supreme Court, struck Doug off the role of attorneys for six months for exposing the corrupt judge.   See Doug's page.

Our legal system in Australia, USA, Britain, Canada and New Zealand, plus in other jurisdictions, is so prone to corruption, by its very nature.  In fact, our government of the three aspects: executive, parliament/congress, and judiciary is liable to endemic corruption due to our amorphous legal system. 

As an academic, my research interests are directed towards eliminating the scope for corruption in our legal system.   I do not pretend that my motivation is anything grandious. My motivation is self-interest.  This is my way of fighting back against all the scum who have bullied and cheated me my whole life just because I look abnormal and ugly due to a mis-shapen/asymmetric/deformed skull.   On the continium, I guess I am somewhere between very ugly and freak.   I now have a long bushy beard and wear a hat most of the time, even indoors.  Now, I suffer discrimination more for looking like an unkept bum than for my freakish looks.  I have chosen the one that involves me in less work. It has just evolved over time.  Most people in my predicament end up in goal if they fight back or just accept it and shrink away and die a bum on the streets.  I have the luxury of a well above average IQ, which correlates well with intelligence.  My IQ is well above the genius threshhold.
